For the past few years, PaxPower has been making some of the most powerful, capable, and custom F-Series on and off the road. This all began when PaxPower was given the recognition as the first company to successfully build a second-generation V8 Raptor. PaxPower has since taken this valuable experience and expertise and applied it to the upcoming 2021 F-150, by creating the ALPHA. As its name strongly suggests, the ALPHA aims to be leader of the pack when it comes to any new version of the F-150 while embracing the success of the Raptor.
PaxPower passionately believes that the foundation of any true performance truck must include a quality suspension system. The ALPHA, conversely, uses the best OEM suspension available, Ford’s Raptor suspension system! PaxPower removes virtually all of the original stock F-150 suspension components and replaces them with those from the Ford Raptor. In the front, this includes the wider upper and lower control arms, longer axles, brake lines, steering links, and, of course, the Fox Racing Raptorshocks with internal-bypass technology. For the rear, the ALPHA gets the Raptor leaf springs, bump stops, and 3-inch OEM Raptor shocks. These quality components all result in a soft and capable ride that is simply unrivaled by F-150 trucks being offered by any other after-market manufacturers. This completely places PaxPower way ahead of the other competitors who simply replaces the factory shocks with a set of branded Coilovers on their F-150, while leaving all other stock suspension components in place. These competitors also lift their vehicle 6” using an off-the-shelf lift kit that almost anyone can easily source.
To give the ALPHA that rugged, masculine and sexy appearance, PaxPower added a host of functional cosmetic upgrades to the 2021 F150. The ALPHA sports a set of fender flares that add about 3” of additional tire coverage, which is needed to accommodate the wider Raptor suspension components. The hood is aerodynamically upgraded to a unit that includes several vents to assist in the dispersion of under-hood heat extraction and to provide fresh air to the engine’s intake area. In addition to the extra curves, the ALPHA has a complete graphics package, 35-inch off-road tires, the customer’s choice of 17-inch off road wheels, and a performance dual exhaust system.
